Fedora wireless driver

Even after all the updates on a fresh install of Fedora 17 I still had no wireless connectivity, with a message saying "wireless firmware missing" the following fix had it up and running.

How to install broadcom wireless driver/firmware bcm4312 Fedora.

su -c 'rpm -Uvh http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-stable.noarch.rpm'

su -

yum update

yum install kmod-wl
